• Stonekraftz USA, LLC guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of all of the mantels we offer. We stand by our products and, should you be dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the mantel within 14 days for a full refund.

  
  
• Mantels may be damaged during transport; therefore, it is absolutely necessary that each mantel be inspected upon delivery. If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery or sign the bill of lading. Stonekraftz will replace the mantel or offer a full refund; however, if you sign for the mantel without first inspecting the mantel, Stonekraftz cannot be held liable. Please notify us within 24 hours to report a damaged mantel.
  
  
• Unless damaged during transport, custom designed mantels cannot be returned.
  
  
• Our price includes curb-side delivery, via box truck, to most residential destinations within the 48 lower states. Customers not qualifying for free delivery, due to remote location, will be provided with a quote for the additional costs of shipping.
  
  
• Since our products are hand carved and made to order, standard factory lead times vary from 3 - 8 weeks. Orders may be expedited. Customers should inquire Via Email or by calling (855) 347-3669
